Dr. Mazius will discuss research on COVID’s impact on our children’s mental health and the important role of positive psychology practices. Learn how to help yourself and your children manage and cope with challenging times and how to call on your inner resilience. Facilitated by Dr. Mazius, Director of North Shore Center, LLC.
